Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to handle both Overall HR operations & end-to-end recruitment
The candidate should be capable of managing HR activities independently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations & Recruitment
- Good knowledge of payroll, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities-
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selection)
2. Conduct HR interviews and finalize candidates
3. Handle on boarding and joining formalities
4. Manage payroll, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
