Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Sales Execution
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for AI-led products and SaaS solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with predictable conversion metrics
2. Lead Generation & Market Development
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across industries
- Develop strategic outreach plans including cold outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Tap into enterprise and mid-market segments for AI transformation opportunities
3. Solution Selling (AI Transformation Focus)
- Understand client business challenges and position AI-driven solutions as business outcomes
- Sell across offerings such as:
- AI automation solutions
- Digital transformation platforms
- SaaS-based enterprise tools
- Work closely with pre-sales/tech teams to craft compelling proposals
4. Deal Closure & Negotiation
- Own commercial negotiations and drive deals to closure
- Maintain strong control over sales velocity and deal cycles
- Ensure high conversion rates from qualified leads to wins
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption and transformation
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in IT / ITES product sales (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
- Strong experience in selling AI Transformation tools on:
- Web & Mobile App Development solutions
- SaaS products / subscription-based offerings
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently (hunter mindset)
· Exposure to AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation solutions is highly preferred
· Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approach
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI/ML-based solutions or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Prior exposure to selling into industries like BFSI, Retail, Logistics, or Technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Revenue Target: ₹1.0 Cr – ₹2.0 Cr per quarter (aligned to annual quota)
- Pipeline Coverage: Minimum 3x of quarterly target
- New Client Acquisition: 2–4 new logos per quarter
- Deal Conversion Ratio: ≥ 25% from qualified pipeline
Activity Metrics
- 15–20 qualified meetings/month with decision-makers
- 8–10 active opportunities in pipeline at all times
- Consistent engagement with top 20 target accounts
