Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
- Handle end-to-end onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support HR generalist activities, including employee engagement, attendance management, and employee query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist HR roles.
- Graduation is a must.
- Good knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, induction, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
