Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager – Sales to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the Mumbai region. The candidate will be responsible for developing the dealer network, managing channel partners, achieving sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and influencers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Conduct regular market visits and submit sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in cement, building materials, steel, paints sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai market.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Salary: Best in the industry + Incentives
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
