Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office files and documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for routine tasks.
- Arrange travel, meetings, and appointments when required.
- Welcome visitors and assist them professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
- Support the management team with day-to-day administrative work.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
