Architect / Interior Designer (3+ Years Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect/Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate should be capable of handling residential and commercial projects from concept to execution while coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
- Create 3D models and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design presentations.
- Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality standards.
- Resolve site-related design issues and provide practical solutions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong design, detailing, and space-planning skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
