- Plan and execute daily brewing operations, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, conditioning, and packaging.
- Monitor and control all brewing parameters to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Develop and refine beer recipes, seasonal brews, and specialty products.
- Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the brewing and packaging processes.
- Maintain accurate brewing, production, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Supervise and train brewing staff on brewing techniques, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot brewing and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams for production planning and new product development.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and preventive maintenance of brewing equipment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
