We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer to handle installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory and industrial instruments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in servicing lab equipment and providing excellent technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of instruments at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Maintain service reports, calibration records, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and principals for spare parts and technical support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery
- Conduct basic operational training for end users
Preferred Product Knowledge:
- Viscometers
- Analytical Balances
- Moisture Analyzers
- Fume Hoods
- Spectrophotometers
- Water Baths
- Ovens and other laboratory instruments
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field
- 2 to 10 years of experience in servicing laboratory or industrial equipment
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
- Good communication and customer handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits
- Willingness to travel frequently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with laboratory instrumentation
- Knowledge of calibration and validation processes
- Exposure to industries such as pharmaceuticals, paint & coatings, or research laboratories
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
