You will be a part of the HR team working closely with the senior management to ensure smooth people operations and be responsible in maintaining the workplace culture in an innovative manner.
- Sourcing candidates for open positions through various channels ( job boards, social media, professional network, referrals etc.)
- Conduct screening interviews of potential candidates for further rounds.
- Coordinate with HR manager & Department Heads to arrange interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
- Rolling out the offer letter after the necessary reference checks.
- Conducting new employee orientation.
- Maintaining various databases & records such as employee records, applicant database etc.
- Responding to staff queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits and other HR related matters.
- Conduct regular research on HR Trends & industry trends.
- Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- Planning and designing employees benefit packages.
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
- Overseeing the employee's termination process.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Organisation annual trips and events for AGENCY09
