We are looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-oriented professional to help us maintain strong communication with our existing customers while also building relationships with potential new wholesale buyers.
About the Role
This is a remote customer relationship and business communication role focused on:
- maintaining regular communication with existing wholesale customers,
- building trust with potential new customers,
- following up consistently,
- collecting customer feedback and product reviews,
- and ensuring customers stay engaged with our business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and maintaining long-term communication.
This is NOT a product listing, SEO, or social media management role.
Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management
- Regularly call and communicate with existing wholesale customers
- Build strong long-term relationships with buyers
- Understand customer needs and maintain engagement
- Become a primary point of contact for customers
Customer Follow-Ups & Retention
- Follow up with inactive or past customers
- Maintain communication momentum through calls and emails
- Encourage repeat orders and customer loyalty
- Collect feedback and product reviews from customers
New Customer Communication
- Reach out to potential wholesale customers
- Introduce WishCrystal products and business
- Build trust and comfort with new buyers
- Assist in converting inquiries into customers
Email Communication & Newsletters
- Send regular email newsletters and updates to subscribers and customers
- Share promotions, new arrivals, and product highlights
- Help maintain ongoing customer engagement through email communication
Reporting & Organization
- Maintain records of customer conversations and follow-ups
- Update customer notes and communication status
- Share simple weekly progress reports
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence speaking with international customers over phone calls
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient communication style
- Organized and proactive personality
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Experience (Bonus)
- Customer success or customer relationship management
- B2B sales or telesales
- Export or wholesale business experience
- International customer communication
- CRM or customer database management
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Additional performance incentives based on:
