Job Description: Office Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for highly organized and proactive Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative activities, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing essential support to the management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Coordination: Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update spreadsheets, and manage filing systems.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, respond to professional emails, and manage internal correspondence.
- Scheduling: Organize meetings, manage calendars, and assist in coordinating company events or travel arrangements.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management as required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and email management.
- Good typing speed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving office-related issues.
- Professionalism: Maintain a disciplined, punctual, and professional attitude at all times.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
