we are looking for a reliable and experienced interior site supervisor to oversee interior fit-out works at site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, managing workers and contractors , ensuring quality workmanship , and completing projects on time as per drawings and specifications.
key responsibilities
- supervise day to day interior work execution ( carpentry, gypsum, painting, electrical, plumbing, modular installations etc.)
- read and understand interior drawings and specifications
- coordinate with designers , vendors , contractors and labor teams
- ensure material are used efficiently and as per approved samples
- maintain quality control and finish standards
- ensure site safety and cleanliness
- handle site issues and resolve execution-related problems
- assist in measurements , material tracking , and handover process
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS AND PREFRRED QUALITIES
- DIPLOMA /ITI/ DEGREE IN CIVIL, INTERIOR, or relevant field (preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in interior site supervision
- strong knowledge of interior materials and execution methods
- ability to manage labor and multi tasks
- basic knowledge of MS EXCEL and whatsApp reporting
- willingness to travel between sites
- attention to detail
- problem solving attitude
- time management skills
- ability to work under pressure
