Store Manager – Retail (School Uniforms)
Location: Nagarbhavi & Sarjapura, Bengaluru

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our school uniform retail store. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail operations, team management, inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead and supervise the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor daily sales and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock availability.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Train and motivate store staff.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in retail, apparel, garments, footwear, or uniforms is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and billing software.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
