We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Branch Manager to lead our Clay Preschool branch and ensure excellence in academics, operations, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
- Lead and mentor teaching & support staff
- Drive admissions and conduct parent counseling
- Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation
- Maintain strong parent relationships
- Monitor branch performance and fee collections
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Education background preferred)
- ECCED / Montessori certification will be an advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in preschool or school management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
