Position: Video Editor & Reel Creator
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
Compensation: ₹5,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Physical Meetings: 1–2 visits per month, if required
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Reel Creator who can transform raw footage, concepts, and content ideas into engaging short-form and long-form video content.
The ideal candidate should understand current content trends, social media formats, storytelling techniques, and editing styles that help brands increase engagement and visibility across digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promotional content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
- Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements and audience behavior.
Reel Creation & Content Execution
- Convert content ideas into scroll-stopping short-form videos.
- Create trend-based reels aligned with brand objectives.
- Develop engaging hooks and pacing to improve watch time and retention.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and viral content formats.
Marketing & Advertising Creatives
- Edit video creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Create promotional videos, brand videos, testimonials, and awareness campaigns.
- Produce multiple creative variations for advertising and performance marketing requirements.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Graphic Design teams.
- Understand creative briefs and execute content requirements efficiently.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Video Editing and Content Creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent editing software.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media video content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audience retention techniques.
- Experience adding subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience creating videos for paid advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Agency or multi-brand experience will be an added advantage.
