Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors, and guests in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. Handle enquiries and provide accurate information regarding school procedures and activities. Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and documents. Manage the reception area and ensure it remains neat and presentable. Maintain student attendance and leave records, if assigned. Support admission-related enquiries and coordinate appointments. Prepare letters, circulars, certificates, and other administrative documents. Maintain files, registers, and office records systematically. Coordinate with various departments for communication and follow-up. Assist in organising school events, meetings, and parent interactions. Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal or Administration.
Pay: ₹8,603.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
