Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, address inquiries, and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Actively upsell products, promote loyalty programs, and drive efforts to meet or exceed individual and store sales quotas.
- Store Operations: Process payments and returns accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer balances.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Restock shelves, organize floor displays, and assist with periodic stock counts and audits.
- Brand Representation: Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards while ensuring a safe, secure shopping environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
