Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Meet quality standards and performance metrics (KPI/SLAs)
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Customer-centric attitude
