Job Title: Telecalling & Sales Executive – Sports Academy
Responsibilities:
Handle admission and renewal calls for the academy.
Make telecalling follow-ups for new inquiries and existing members.
Explain sports programs and offers to parents and students.
Maintain data and records in Excel or Google Sheets.
Update daily call status and admission reports.
Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for smooth operations.
Achieve monthly admission and renewal targets.
Requirements:
Graduate - Any discipline
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Friendly and confident on phone calls.
Experience in telecalling or sales preferred.
Interest in sports or fitness is an advantage
