Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in executing infrastructure and EPC projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, billing, project coordination, and client communication. Experience in Railway, Government, Industrial, or Water Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise site activities including RCC, structural works, foundations, buildings, roads, drainage, and allied civil works.
- Study engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct quantity measurements and prepare RA Bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Ensure work is executed in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals from clients and consultants.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
- Maintain project documentation including DPRs, measurement books, checklists, and quality records.
- Support project planning, estimation, and cost control activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing works.
- Experience in Railway, Infrastructure, Government, Industrial, or EPC projects.
- Ability to interpret civil drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and construction standards.
- Good understanding of project planning and execution.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
