About the Role
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer with strong experience in Mobile Application Testing, Selenium, and Appium to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, API validation, defect tracking, and ensuring high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform end-to-end Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS), including functional, regression, compatibility, and usability testing.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Analyze application logs, device logs, ADB logs, and server logs for debugging and issue investigation.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and improve test coverage.
- Provide QA status updates, test reports, and release sign-offs.
Must-Have Skills
- 3 – 4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium for Android and iOS testing.
- Solid experience in Mobile Application Testing.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with TestNG, Maven, REST Assured.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Exposure to automation framework development and maintenance.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
