We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our dairy product range. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the FMCG market, distributor management, retail sales, and customer relationship management. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for dairy products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure product visibility and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Collect market intelligence and provide regular sales and market reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Negotiate with distributors and retailers to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in dairy or food products.
- Strong knowledge of the local FMCG market and distribution network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
