We are a growing Pharma Trading company looking for energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives. The role is 100% office-based and involves calling potential clients across India to promote our Third-Party Manufacturing and manufacturing services. You will be responsible for converting leads and managing existing client data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential B2B clients Pharma distributors and entrepreneurs across India.
- Lead Conversion: Working on fresh leads provided by the company through premium packages and re-engaging with our old database.
- Sales Pitching: Explaining our third-party manufacturing services, product range, and quality standards to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Performance Targets: Achieving monthly sales goals to earn attractive incentives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Role Type: 100% Office-based (No field visits required).
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling or Sales (Experience in the Pharma industry is a big advantage).
- Skills: Strong convincing power, excellent communication skills, and a professional phone manner.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for business communication.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹ 12000 to 18000 per month.
- Incentives: Uncapped commission/incentives based on sales performance (High earning potential for top performers).
