Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Including Weekends with Rotational Off)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our WaterScience Experience Store in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain product display, inventory, and store cleanliness
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
Support store operations and promotional activities
Coordinate product deliveries and basic operational tasks
Requirements
✔ 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales
✔ Strong communication and customer handling skills
✔ Confident, presentable, and sales-oriented personality
✔ Flexible with working hours and weekend operations
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in water purifiers, appliances, or related industries
Knowledge of retail store operations
