We are hiring an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and scale the affiliate marketing program for a US-based luxury fashion e-commerce brand.
If you have hands-on experience with AWIN, affiliate recruitment, publisher management, campaign optimization, and driving affiliate revenue for international Shopify brands, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the affiliate program using AWIN.
- Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliates, influencers, publishers, bloggers, coupon websites, cashback platforms, loyalty partners, and media publishers.
- Develop long-term relationships with affiliate partners to maximize revenue.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand affiliate sales.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns for higher conversions and ROI.
- Negotiate commission structures, seasonal promotions, and exclusive affiliate offers.
- Monitor affiliate performance, attribution, conversions, EPC, AOV, and revenue.
- Detect fraudulent or low-quality affiliate traffic and maintain program quality.
- Collaborate with Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams on campaigns and launches.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWIN (Mandatory).
- Experience working with international fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or Shopify e-commerce brands.
- Proven experience growing affiliate revenue and recruiting quality publishers.
- Strong understanding of affiliate attribution, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with US or international markets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
