About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for our ship management company. Candidates with recruitment experience from any industry are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (any industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in HR or related field preferred
