- Coordinate with the sales team on daily sales activities and customer requirements.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain payment records.
- Share leads and customer inquiries with the respective sales executives.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and order tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and sales teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Handle customer communication regarding order status, dispatch details, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support management in sales administration and operational activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate with 5–10 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Back Office Sales, or Commercial Operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, plastics, polymers, additives, or industrial products will be preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in administration, sales support, or operations will be an advantage.
