Job Purpose:
To deliver comprehensive, person-centred physiotherapy services to persons with disabilities (PwDs) across various age groups and clinical conditions in mobile and community-based settings. The role requires a blend of clinical expertise, community engagement, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapy sessions (average duration: 20–30 minutes) at homes, schools, and mobile rehab units.

Deliver care for a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and geriatric impairments.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (rehabilitation therapists, coordinators, medical professionals) for integrated service delivery.

Train caregivers and families on home-based rehabilitation and functional mobility techniques.

Maintain accurate clinical records and case documentation for each beneficiary.

Monitor progress, revise treatment plans as needed, and conduct periodic functional outcome evaluations.

Participate in community health camps, disability awareness, and sensitization programs.

Ensure follow-up care and liaise with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and health professionals for referrals.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
(Specialization in Neurology, Pediatrics, or Community-Based Rehabilitation preferred) -
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field-based physiotherapy or working with PwDs.

Prior experience in mobile/community health models preferred.

Proficiency in Kannada is highly desirable.

Technological familiarity with digital documentation, if required.
Flexibility:

Willingness to travel daily across rural and urban locations using a mobile rehab van.
