Job Location: Kalyan
Language Requirements: Fluent in Marathi & English (Must be able to type, format, and proofread in both language)
Key Responsibilities
- Layout & Typography: Design professional cover pages and format multi-page documents, ensuring strict consistency in typography, grid layout, headers/footers, and page numbering.
- Data Visualization: Convert technical data, text, maps, and charts into visually clean, reader-friendly graphics and infographics.
- Pre-Press Production: Set up print-ready files with correct margins, bleeds, crop marks, and CMYK color profiles.
- Print & Binding Management: Recommend appropriate paper types (GSM), print finishes, and binding methods (Perfect, Wiro, Saddle Stitch) based on the report type and page count.
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather report assets and liaise directly with printing vendors for proofing and quality control.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Skills: Strong understanding of document layout, typography, grid systems, and pre-press print production.
- Preferred Asset: Prior experience formatting technical, environmental, municipal,government or semi government or compliance-related reports.
Key Deliverables
- Creative cover page designs and polished multi-page document layouts.
- Flawless, print-ready source files and PDFs.
- Visually striking final publications managed through the production phase.
Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (Certifications in CorelDRAW/Photoshop are a plus
