Job Summary
Fluent Fast Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to conduct engaging classroom sessions that help learners improve their spoken English with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive Spoken English classes for students of different proficiency levels.
- Teach speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, listening, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain student attendance and progress records.
- Motivate students to achieve their language learning goals.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth class management.
- Ensure a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Spoken English Trainer, English Language Trainer, or English Faculty.
- Graduate in any discipline (English background preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to conduct interactive and learner-centric sessions.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in Spoken English, IELTS, OET, CELPIP, PTE, ESL, Soft Skills, Personality Development, or English Communication Training will be preferred.
Salary
Salary will be discussed during the interview based on skills and experience.

- 4 Hours per Day
- Work Location: Green Park, New Delhi
