We are looking for experienced and dynamic Service Managers for our upcoming automobile dealership in Calicut.
Positions Available:
- Service Manager – Workshop Operations
- Service Manager – Body Shop Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service/body shop operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead and motivate service teams to achieve productivity and revenue targets.
- Monitor workshop efficiency, quality standards, and process compliance.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of workshop operations, customer handling, and service processes.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
