Ethnic Andaz is looking for a results-driven Jr. E-commerce Executive
If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for online retail, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in managing our online store, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth e-commerce operations.
Scope of Work:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing across online platforms.
- Regularly update product information, images, and details to maintain accuracy and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Track and report e-commerce performance metrics, including sales and customer insights.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.
- Participate in content creation, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
