Core Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and staff professionally. Monitor visitor access and maintain security logbooks and badges.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage company email inquiries.
- Administration & Documentation: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier packages, and courier bookings. Perform data entry, scanning, photocopying, and filing (digital and physical).
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Office Management: Monitor, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance.
- Safety & Security: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable. Adhere to security protocols by monitoring building entry.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
