Job Description:-
- Calling leads and solicitation of the courses Offred
- Outcall the prospective students and inform about the courses Offred
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote educational products and services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable educational solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Collaborate with the counsellor team for further process.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous professional development and skills enhancement
Desired Skills and Experience:-
1. Should have 1-2 years of experience in similar role with an educational institution.
2. Graduation in any field.
3. Should be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
4. Should be proactive and persuasive
5. Uses a soft, polite and courteous language
6. Maintain a clear communication with the higher authorities
Office time: 10am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday , Sunday off
