Position: Plant Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manpower Management: Manage and supervise daily manpower, allocate duties, and ensure proper workforce utilization.
- Loading & Unloading: Supervise the safe and timely loading and unloading of oil/petroleum products and tankers.
- Tank & Valve Operations: Operate and monitor tank valves, pipelines, pumps, and related equipment as per operating procedures.
- Daily Plant Operations: Manage and monitor complete day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety procedures, fire-safety requirements, PPE usage, and plant operating guidelines.
- Tank Monitoring: Monitor tank levels, transfer operations, and ensure proper handling of products during loading/unloading.
- Shift Coordination: Coordinate with workers, tanker drivers, maintenance, and management for smooth plant operations.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain records of loading/unloading, tank operations, manpower attendance, and other daily operational activities.
- Issue Handling: Identify operational issues and immediately report breakdowns, leakages, safety concerns, or other abnormalities to management.
- Housekeeping: Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant operational areas.
Required Skills
- Experience in plant operations, oil/petroleum handling, or chemical industry preferred.
- Good manpower handling and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of tank valves, pumps, pipelines, and loading/unloading operations.
- Strong understanding of plant safety and fire-safety procedures.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
