Background required for Manufacturing of Heat Exchanger, pressure vessel & Heavy fabrication Industries.
- 1. Prepare daily production plan.
- 2. Supervising production activities at shop floor.
- 3. Providing leadership,guidance and support to technicians and operators.
- 4. Maintain daily production reports.
- 5. Assist quality engineer to clear job for further process.
- 6. Ensure that all welding related processes are taking place as per WPS.
- 7. Coordinate with other department and plant head for daily production reports and status.
- 8. Carry out in process inspection of job at various stages of production.
- 9. Carry out various welding tests in shop floor as per QA plan and customer requirements.
Skills required: Experience in Heavy Fabrication, welding, shift planning, production process planning etc.
