Customer Support Executive
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives and Chat support executives
Job Role:
- Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Record customer interactions in the system
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Multiple Processes Available:
- Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound)
- Non-Voice Process (Chat/Email)
- Blended Process
Salary:
- ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience & process)
- Performance incentives available
Eligibility:
- Age criteria = 18 to 35
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- Day & Rotational shifts available
