Next Level Decor is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Expert to join our team. This role involves showroom sales, customer interaction, and guiding clients in selecting the right interior materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Recommend suitable products (laminates, panels, décor materials, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on leads and inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and repeat clients
- Ensure showroom is well-presented and organized
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales / showroom sales
- Strong communication skills (English, Tamil & Hindi Compulsory)
- Customer handling and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of interior materials is an added advantage
- Comfortable with sales targets and follow-ups
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Week Off: Any 1 day weekoff every week
- Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Location: Work from showroom
