The Assistant Clinic Manager will support the Clinic Manager in the effective and efficient management of the clinic, taking responsibility for clinic administration, managing the premises, and some aspects of sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Administration: Oversees the front desk, patient scheduling, and billing processes. Ensures the facility complies with health regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Patient Relations & Quality: Focuses on patient satisfaction by minimizing wait times, addressing complaints, and maintaining privacy standards.
- Sales & Business Development: drive sales targets, promote services, and convert inquiries into booked treatments.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Monitors and orders medical supplies, consumables, and office stationery, ensuring optimal stock levels without wastage.
Ideal Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in clinic management, medical administration, or healthcare operations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution, strong leadership and communication capabilities, and high adaptability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
