About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Event & Business Development Executive to support our B2B Travel & Tourism Exhibitions. The role involves inviting travel agents and industry professionals to attend our events, managing visitor registrations, and supporting exhibitor sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to travel agents, tour operators, and travel professionals to invite them to attend exhibitions.
- Follow up with prospects and confirm visitor registrations.
- Maintain and update visitor and exhibitor databases.
- Handle visitor inquiries and provide event information.
- Generate leads through online research and industry directories.
- Support exhibitor acquisition by making sales calls to promote exhibition stall space and sponsorship opportunities.
- Achieve assigned visitor registration and sales targets.
- Prepare daily activity and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
