The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive marketing strategies for both the healthcare institute and its affiliated hospitals to enhance brand visibility, increase patient footfall, achieve business and admission targets, and drive overall organizational growth. The role includes managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, branding, public relations, community outreach, corporate partnerships, events, and promotional activities across all locations. The Marketing Manager will oversee and coordinate marketing operations for all five hospitals, ensuring consistent brand communication and effective campaign execution, while also leading the in-house media team responsible for content creation, photography, videography, graphic design, social media management, and advertising. The position requires close collaboration with hospital administrators, academic and clinical departments, admissions, and senior management to monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing budgets, analyze key performance indicators, and deliver measurable results that support both healthcare services and educational objectives.
