Lil Dew Drops, a premium early-age child development & life skills learning centre, is looking for enthusiastic Teachers/Educators to join our growing team.
We conduct highly interactive, activity-based programs focused on confidence, communication, creativity, emotional intelligence, thinking skills, and holistic child development for children aged 2–12 years.
Role Includes:
* Conducting engaging, hands-on sessions & classroom activities
* Supporting classroom setup, organization & smooth session flow
* Capturing classroom photos/videos & assisting with app updates/documentation
* Observing and supporting children’s emotional and developmental growth
* Contributing to centre operations with a flexible, team-first attitude
Position Details:
* Position: Lead / Assistant Mentor
* Location: Kandivali West
* Timings: 9.00 AM to 1.30 PM / 3.00 PM – 7.30 PM
* Candidates residing between Borivali–Goregaon preferred
Preferred Skills:
* ECCEd or Early Childhood Education background
* Prior Teaching Experience in one or more areas: Life Skills, Communication Skills, Storytelling, Creative Writing, Kids’ Yoga (preferred)
* Strong English communication & child engagement skills
* Creative, energetic, expressive, flexible & enthusiastic personality
* Passion for working with children and innovative teaching methods
