Job Description
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telugu-speaking Telecallers to join our team on a Work From Home basis.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets.
- Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
- Fluent in Telugu with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a suitable setup for working from home.
- Candidates who have prior experience in telesales/customer service are preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
