We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store administrative activities
- Manage vendor coordination, inventory documentation, and purchase orders
- Source and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and terms
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Track deliveries and ensure timely supply
- Maintain vendor records and purchase data
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in administration/operations
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Open to candidates willing to relocate from across India
