We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CAO's calendar, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, drafting professional communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CAO's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
- Screen, review, and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence.
- Draft, edit, and respond to professional emails and business communications on behalf of the CAO.
- Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings, conference calls, and virtual sessions.
- Provide timely reminders for meetings, deadlines, and important commitments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CAO.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and sensitive business information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and related logistics when required.
- Serve as a key point of contact and facilitate effective communication between the CAO and various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- MBA in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Generalist discipline.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar role supporting senior management or C-level executives.
- Prior experience in handling executive calendars, email management, meeting coordination, and business correspondence is essential.
- Experience working in a corporate, finance, accounting, or professional services environment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.23 per month
