Job Title: Email & Customer Support
we are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Email & Customer Support Specialist to handle both email-based inquiries and broader customer support activities (phone, chat, tickets). This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Support
- Respond to customer emails professionally and within established service timeframes
- Address product questions, order issues, returns, refunds, billing, and technical concerns
- Track and document customer interactions in the support system
- Prioritize and categorize incoming emails for efficient handling
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed
Customer Support (Multi-Channel)
- Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or support tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with product/service guidance
- Provide consistent, accurate information according to company policies
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service and email support
- Excellent written communication and phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using CRM/helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
