US Shifts
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Costing & Cost Control Prepare and analyze product-wise cost sheets.
Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs.
Conduct variance analysis (standard vs actual cost). Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
Maintain standard costing system and update periodically.
2. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation. Coordinate with stores and production teams for stock verification. Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Ensure accurate recording of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in preparation of annual budgets and production forecasts. Track budget vs actual performance. Provide MIS reports to management.
4. Financial Reporting & Compliance Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Assist in internal and statutory audits. Maintain documentation related to cost records.
5. Process Improvement Review manufacturing processes for cost optimization. Work closely with production and procurement teams.
Implement cost control measures and internal controls.
Pay: From ₹5,500,000.00 per year
