Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and goals.
- Provide physiotherapy sessions at patients' homes.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and family members regarding exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and progress reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and follow infection control protocols.
- Demonstrate prescribed exercises and monitor compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
