We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee strategic delivery and execution across our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform, combining program, portfolio, project, and implementation leadership. This hybrid role ensures strategic alignment, end-to-end delivery, client implementation, and operationalization of complex solutions involving AI/GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, RPA, Cloud, Microservices, and Big Data pipelines.
The ideal candidate balances strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring on-time, compliant, and high-quality delivery across multiple programs, projects, and client implementations.
Portfolio & Program Leadership:
- Maintain a portfolio view of all RCM and AI/automation initiatives, prioritizing based on business value, ROI, and strategic impact.
- Define, track, and report program and portfolio KPIs, budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Ensure alignment of programs/projects with organizational strategy and business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend strategic investments in AI/GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, RPA, and cloud initiatives.
Project & Implementation Management:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects within AI, cloud, RPA, and RCM domains.
- Lead implementation planning, execution, and client onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, AI/ML, LLM Ops, RPA, QA, and client stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Ensure post-implementation validation, training, knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction.
AI, Automation & Technology Oversight:
- Track and guide deployment of AI/GenAI models, LLM-based agents, Agentic AI workflows, and autonomous multi-agent systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of RPA processes, microservices, APIs, cloud pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
- Oversee testing, validation, and optimization of AI, automation, and RCM workflows.
- Facilitate AgentOps, MLOps, and LLM Ops practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and safe rollout strategies.
Risk, Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and internal compliance across all programs, projects, and implementations.
- Implement governance frameworks for AI/agentic agents, RPA, cloud, and data workflows.
- Maintain audit trails, PHI masking, and documentation for all delivery and implementation activities.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as the primary interface for executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Provide strategic recommendations, dashboards, and executive reporting on portfolio, program, project, and implementation status.
- Facilitate decision-making for resource allocation, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Impact:
- Identify opportunities to standardize processes, automate workflows, and scale AI/automation solutions.
- Drive client adoption and operational excellence for RCM, AI, and automation platforms.
- Support strategic planning and future-state roadmaps for AI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, and RPA initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare IT, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in program, portfolio, project, and implementation management, preferably in US Healthcare / RCM domain.
- Proven experience managing complex AI/GenAI, LLM Ops, Agentic AI, RPA, Cloud, Microservices, and Big Data programs.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership across technical, product, and client teams.
