Job Summary
International Transmission Limited is seeking a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage plant security operations at our Pundhe factory. The candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring safety and discipline within the premises, monitoring entry/exit procedures, and maintaining a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations at the plant
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Ensure proper implementation of security procedures and company policies
- Maintain discipline and safety within factory premises
- Conduct regular security inspections and patrols
- Handle incident reporting and emergency situations effectively
- Coordinate with management and local authorities when required
- Maintain attendance and duty rosters of security staff
- Prepare daily security reports and maintain records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial or factory security supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
